I have the Polish ones and they work perfectly fine for me. I use them only on planes and in airports (w/ GFT cream samples and a travel shave brush) when necessary. I refuse not to be clean-shaven throughout my travels. Prior to 9/11, I used DEs on planes and in airports.
Gillette Trac II carts at Walmart are also made in Poland. I have not seen enough reviews on Polish blades to form an opinion. Anyone have experience with these. I still have an original sensor all metal handle, but I actually prefer the larger plastic handle from the sensor III and the Excel carts fit great. The Sensor 3 disposable compares well with the Mach 3. Both have three blades, a skin stretcher at the bottom, and a lubrication strip at the top. The color of the Sensor 3 strip is orange, making me think of some cartridges made overseas. The handle also gave me that impression Sure enough, these were made in Brazil.
